At BOLID'STER we rigorously test all our products to ensure that they meet our specifications. Therefore, if there is a problem with a BOLID'STER product made of Armalith and this problem is attributable to manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product in accordance with these terms and conditions of warranty. Repair is limited to the replacement of defective parts. The warranty includes parts and labor from BOLID'STER after-sales service or its authorized distributor.
The warranty applies to the person registered on www.bolidster.com and corresponds to the serial number. The warranty is valid for a period of 10 years from the date of manufacture indicated directly on the product.
The application of the warranty does not entitle the user to any form of compensation or damages for any reason whatsoever. Under no circumstances will the BOLID'STER warranty entitle you to a refund of the price paid if a product is defective.
At BOLID'STER we constantly adapt our products to the needs of our users and to technical developments and we can modify and delete models in our catalog without prior notice. Items no longer in the catalog will then be repaired according to the technically closest or most recent product.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present terms and conditions of guarantee will, if not resolved amicably between the parties, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris and to the application of French law.

Unless otherwise specified, the BOLID'STER Warranty applies to all ARMALITH® products registered and used under normal conditions. The length of the BOLID'STER warranty is 10 years from the date of manufacture of the product indicated inside the garment. The warranty covers any item that has defective materials or workmanship (for example buttons, rivets or stitching).
The BOLID'STER Warranty does not apply to the following damage:
The Warranty does not apply to shocks protectors because these are wear parts.
We will repair the item covered by the conditions of the BOLID'STER warranty. If the damage and/or defect is irreparable, we will replace the item. If we are unable to replace the item with the same model, we will offer you a similar product of comparable value.
In order to start the warranty procedure, the defective product must be registered beforehand and exclusively on www.bolidster.com. You should fill out a form with your contact details and the serial number of the jeans, detail the damage and then attach the purchase invoice, a photo of the serial number and a photo of the defective product.
Once this first step has been completed, the BOLID'STER team will tell you whether or not the defect or damage to your product is covered by the Warranty. If this is the case, you will then need to send us your product at your expense in order to have it repaired or replaced (if necessary). The shipping address will be indicated to you during your exchanges by e-mail with the BOLID'STER team.
If the product cannot be covered by the warranty because the damage is not covered or can no longer be covered by the warranty (expiration of the warranty) and if repair is possible, it can be carried out by our repair service after acceptance by the user of a repair estimate.
