Shipments are made on 2-3 working day following your order.
For the shipment of our products, we work with DPD and Mondial Relais.
So you have two possible delivery methods:
For deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World, please allow 5 to 10 working days to receive your order.
Home delivery is free of charge via DPD. Delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days from the day of shipment of the order.
The delivery to a « point relais » is free and is done via Mondial Relais. Delivery times vary from 2 to 6 working days from the day of shipment of the order for France. Delivery to a « point relais » is available for the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
Upon request and for an additional fee, we can deliver via Chronopost. Delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days from the day the order is shipped. This is only possible for France.
You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking number provided by the carrier. You will find this number in the shipping confirmation email of your order.
Our prices are displayed all taxes included for orders to European Union countries. No supplement will be payable.
For orders to countries outside the European Union, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the country of destination. Costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for paying all government taxes.
